I’ve been a daily loyal Caribou customer, but lately the experience has been beyond frustrating.
The Hibbing location regularly has 15+ minute drive-thru waits even outside peak hours—I just sat behind 9 cars and barely moved in 10 minutes. Add that to an app that takes your money but won’t let you redeem points or rewards, and it’s a mess.
Twice, my mobile orders were sent 30 minutes away to Virginia. I was charged, got nothing, and was told I’d receive a free drink. Never happened. The app constantly errors out when I try to redeem rewards I’ve earned—and support hasn’t responded in days.

I love the coffee I like the atmosphere however I work night shift and sometimes in the morning for my one hour commute I like to have a decaf coffee and a breakfast sandwich to get me home. I am told every single time that they have a brewer down and they don’t have any decaf, but I can have an Americano. I don’t want an Americano. I just want a regular decaf coffee and I don’t think that that’s too much to ask. I find it hard to believe that their brewer has been down for the last two years that I’ve been going. I have NEVER had a bad experience there, Ive never had my order wrong, The wait for how busy they are a nearly all the time isn't bad, and they are super consistent!
