Five Points Sub's — Restaurant in High Point

Decent location, tasty food in good portions at a fairly reasonable price point.

Unfortunately, service is rather poor and communication is, at least in my own recent experience, altogether nonexistent. I - quite literally - attempted to call the establishment 34 times in a half hour period without success during normal posted business hours. Of these attempts, the phone was answered three times only to be immediately hung up once again without so much as a single unintelligible utterance as a prelude. Out of confusion, frustration, and curiosity, I stopped by the restaurant expecting to find a reasonable answer as to the communication failure only to be confronted with the stunned realization that such mitigating factors did not, in fact, exist.

Unfortunately, this completely ignored problem has only been allowed to continue without being thus far addressed or rectified.

As such, I have abandoned my patronage of the business entirely.

I use to come here All the time and the food was wonderful.I went today and got a large grill chicken salad all the way,got to work and went to eat my salad three packs of crackers and 1salad dressing clearly it wasn't enough condiments for a large salad,once I got to eating it,it was a small amount of chicken on top of salad,two dice of tomatoes,a little bit of cheese on top of a whole bunch of lettuce and a whole bunch of green peppers that over took the salad.I won't be ordering that again that's the worst salad I ever bought from there ,Needs...

Love This place! A cozy, quiet, little comfortable place and a good low spot.In five points period my wife and I kind of think if it is Our place. The food is different. Better McDonald's the restaurant? The buildings a bit older but it's always well. Kepto woke up, but the service is top-notch. Great. The 2 guys are worth going to do an amazing job of cooking clean and making it warm and feel welcome period I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a good little meal from people that cook from the heart And care about what...
