McDonald's — Restaurant in High Point

WORST MCDONALDS EVER. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU AREN’T PREPARED TO WAIT AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES AT THE LEAST!!!!!! This is my 2nd time in almost a two week span experiencing the EXACT same issue. I only came back here bc the manager reached out via phone, offered coupons lol and I come back and it’s the exact same thing. I’m currently typing this as I wait in the drive thru. It’s 2:30 AM on May 1st and I’ve been sitting here for almost two hours. The staff has no respect for anyones time. They will allow the line in drive thru to accumulate towards the end of the road, they do not move with any sense of urgency. I understand being understaffed but this is not it. Managers do not care. Upper management needs to rectify this situation and fire the entire night crew. The only way this will be fixed is if the CEO of McDonalds himself does something about it. That’s how bad this McDonalds is.

Edit: Even the manager informed me that she had to be here two days after having surgery, because upper management KNOWS it’s bad like this but doesn’t care. So I empathize with the staff but this is completely ridiculous. Shame on management for leaving their staff like this during the...

November 10th at 9:57 pm my order number was 1315. i was about 10 minutes away when i called because my fries were extra crunchy and they where dark. Nuggets were soggy. Me working in fast food i figured either re-dropped or left in too long. 1st person i spoke with was like um i dont know what happened to yo fries come back now or you cant get your meal again. so im like who am i speaking with? she said the manager i said who?? she passed the phone and a perky voice says hi im sam the night shift manager whats the problem? i told her about my food she says okayyyyyyy? so what do you want me to do about it? i said either make my food again or give back my money. she said i needed to come back tonight in order to get my food? i said i stay on the other side of town ill be back tomorrow she said you cant get your food tomorrow either come now or forget about and hung up ? i am not pleased with my visit at this location. i just wanted my food cooked right. it was a simple 10 peice order. Stop by here and got a double cheeseburger and it comes with kept it mustard pickles and onions for all I want it on it was mayonnaise and pickles and they charge me 40 extra cent for mayonnaise I couldn't believe it and I went up there to get my drink refilled it's still there I know 5 minutes in this short little girl hit bringing out food to people and looking at me trying to walk away finally after the cash ier got for she could walk over there she did she was really nice and she took it was going to fill it up or that other girl walk out there and took it out of her hands and told her she needed to get over there at the cash yesterday and throw my drink away but I was in there for a while but I had three different I guess homeless people walk up to me and wanted to know if I'd buy them lunch when it kind of cleared out and it was only one in there just a little old lady whenever I bought her lunch but you know you don't want to be aggravated while you're trying to eat lunch I wouldn't stop if...
