Bionics by Onyx — Restaurant in Highfill

This robotic coffee machine Bionics by Onyx has an overall process of making coffee from beans to latte - it was smooth and efficient. However the final result of my experience here was disappointing due to poor service. I ordered a drink, the machine made whole drink but that never came out at serving window and the window was shut and locked with no one around to assist.

It was frustrating not being able to find anyone at the desk to address the issue. And no coffee after paying for. While the concept and setup are great, the lack of follow-through and customer support left a lot to be desired. Hopefully, they can improve their service in the future. 2 stars for the potential and...

For the year I have been working at the airport, this machine is always broken, out of stock, or closed all together. There is never a perfect day with this or even a good one. Got a hot chocolate and I literally just got liquid chocolate. No milk. And I had to go buy milk and fix it up at my store. The lady working on it at the time was nice and was trying but after 1 1/2 hours or maintenance just for it to still not work is no way of making money but a way for stealing or...

This cheeky little robot is earning 3 stars because I’ve had two great experiences with it. I’ve ordered iced espressos twice and received a delicious beverage exactly as intended.

However, each of those times I wanted to order a cold brew, but they were out. Today I went to order and they were sold out of everything so I was left just staring at this robotic hand waving at me almost as if saying, “Sorry, goodbye!”
