McDonald's — Restaurant in Highland Charter Township

Absolutely magical experience every time I frequent this location. I pull away from the drive thru and feel like my car is floating in the air. I actually think this location affected my chi and increased my good karma. It was especially wonderful due to a young male employee who told me his name was Brody. His face was actually literally reminiscent of Da Vinci's depiction of the archangel Michael. Whilst I was waiting in the drive thru, one of my tires happened to spontaneously explode. And right before my eyes, without hesitation, Brody leaped out of the drive thru window ALREADY holding a tire iron. He changed my tire with one hand while holding my entire 2018 Silver Ram 1500 up with the other. He then approached my drivers side window revealing that he had my order balanced on his head the entire time... A big mac extra pickles and add tomato with two apple pies and a large diet coke. In that moment it was as if god had ascended upon me. The food quality was that of a 5 star restaurant. I was so amazed it felt as if time stopped around me. Brody was all I could see. I actually thought about calling the ambulance on myself. Thank you Brody. And thank you all of Highland Mcdonalds. I love you......

My brother and I decided to meet at the local Mcdonalds for coffee before heading to our family Christmas at about 5 on Christmas Eve. After getting our coffees my brother left his vehicle there as we headed out. We returned at 11:50pm that night to find a completely empty parking lot. HIS VEHICLE HAD BEEN TOWED AS A DIRECT ORDER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER! ON CHRISTMAS EVE! NO OTHER VEHICLES IN THE 50+ SPACE PARKING LOT! My family is from Milford and have used the restaurant more times than we can remember in 20 years we have lived there. How an organization as large as Mcdonalds could have an employee with no consideration for their patrons (especially on Christmas Eve) as a General Manager is frightening. The small town feel that once was this place is gone. We have reached out to the General Manager trying to get the situation rectified and have not even had the courtesy of a return phone call. My family and I are incredibly disappointed in the level of professionalism and courtesy Mcdonalds has shown us. I guess at some point they just got to...

McDonald's on the corner of Milford Road and M-59 is hit or miss when it cones to getting your order right.

They ask you if you want sauces and you pay for them, then they forget to put them in the bag.

You ask for no pickle on a burger and they stick the special receipt on the burger box and there is pickle or nothing on the burger at all.

Fries are cold sometimes so I quit ordering them.

But like I said, it's hit or miss with this McDonald's.

I notice that their bathrooms are not kept very well. Looks like they wipe stuff down but never actually scrub or clean.

Other than that, their are a few people their that are the reason why I keep coming back. There is one really tall and skinny guy who usually works drive through. When he takes my order he is polite and attentive. With him, I have never had my order messed up and (not to be belittling by any means because I think he out performs 90 percent of the employees) I think he has some sort of disability. Maybe if he should be a manager so that he can straighten things up.
