Norm's Ice Cream Inc — Restaurant in Highland Charter Township

Norms would have received all 5 stars had they not messed up so horribly! The shop is cute, ice cream is affordable but, their cart rental is a joke! I paid a month in advance and when I came to pick they said there were no orders for that day. There was one lady there and she called someone to verify and the man on the other end was loud and rude, he told her to tell me, go away, have a nice day. I was not the only one there for a pick up either. I’m very disappointed in what happened. They had 3-5 orders, no one there to get them ready and told all of us, oh well. The one girl who was there did decide to make it right and she did end up giving us our rentals, which is the right thing to do but, it was still an awful experience. They also NEVER answer...

These guys (and gals) are incredibly awesome. We rented an ice cream cart and purchased several boxes of ice cream for a graduation party. The price was good but the customer service was what really stood out. I had to deal with 3 or 4 people and everyone, and I mean everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Greeted us kindly and took care of us in such a great way that should be a standard for all businesses. That alone is a reason I will do business with this place again,.not to mention good prices on ice cream , the cart and ice. I think this cart is gonna be the hit of the party! I'm definitely going to recommend this place to all my friends and family, and I'm certain we'll be asked about it by many people at our event....

I called in the day before my girlfriend and I went on a road trip to make sure Norm's had sour wowers so we could make it a pit stop. They were super friendly and helpful on the phone and also in person, with only $15 a box for a 24 count?! Sold, and we also got a box of bubblegum bars for the same price. Wide selection of novelty ice cream/frozen treats. We felt super welcome and will definitely be back - the 30 minute detour was more than worth it and I would drive the whole 3 hours just to...
