Starbucks — Restaurant in Highland Heights

On Monday, August 18 around 3:30 PM, I had a really disappointing experience with one of the cashiers (glasses, long black hair). She was disrespectful and had a rude attitude. When we asked if there were any non-caffeinated drinks, she acted frustrated and responded in a harsh tone. I've been visiting this Starbucks for 3 years, and it has always been great! The staff are so nice and always make really good drinks. The pastries here are fresh and delicious, and even if they don't have what I want they know their menu like the back of their hand and can suggest something else quickly. I enjoy coming here often!
