Fish Time — Restaurant in Highland Park

1 month ago I went to fishtime. I for two extra dips that I did not get. Are you immediately called to the store and I was told my name would be written down and I could pick them up the next time I visited. Today I called to place an order that I wanted to get those dips. I was told by the manager that my name wasn’t on the list. So he would not honor the replacement. I protested asking why I would lie about $1 when I’m spending $25. Very rudely I was told my name isn’t on the list again. I will not support a business that treats regular patrons in such a way over $1. When I arrived at the business 5 minutes later the manager played games as if the person I was speaking to left. Very unprofessional and unappreciative of the community. Do not give fish time...

I believed the reviews on Facebook as well and drove from Warren to Highland Park for this beautiful fish and shrimp. I’m so glad I checked my food before I pulled out the parking lot. The fish, shrimp and fries were so mushy! It seemed as if they dropped the food I cold grease and then turned on the fire. Smh. The fish had black spots on it as if it was fried In some type of old grease. The cashier guy wanted to argue with me abt the food and stated that I should have requested crispy food when I placed my order…🤣🤣. I won’t be back ever! Save your money! First off, this is my 2nd time ordering. Both times the food was 👨🏽‍🍳👩🏽‍🍳 🤌🏾 worth the rate. I ordered the #13 both times, perch (cat might be a little higher for the substitution. My mom said she didn't like the shrimp but ordered some other things, (her 3rd time, my first time) I liked them. My 2nd time ordering, my fish order was incorrect and I didn't check before leaving *late for work, didn't notice until my lunch break, Hours later, left a comment on their social media.
