Do not order from here. This place should be closed down for harassment. I had a dispute months ago I think even maybe last year.With the manager a woman and I think the owner. I'm not for certain. However the supposed owner called me back which I think it was the same guy that I was going back & forth with earlier sounding like he disguised his voice, saying that he was the owner some real twisted stuff. He was for certain the cheese stick's was placed in the bag.However they were not talking about they double check All of their bag's and that It could have been the DoorDash person that got the cheese sticks. A bunch of mess the cheesecake wasn't in the bag.I wanted a refund.I don't care if $2 it's mines.The so called owner talking about I could come up there to get A free lunch meal or something like I'm really about to come up there and attempt to eat at a restaurant that I just had a dispute with the people come up there to have another dispute. or who knows.No wrong person.It was squashed right then and there.I just don't get why these people are still calling our number after so long.MAY YOU PLEASE STOP CONTACTING MY NUMBER THANKYOU. These people are calling my phone at 3AM,4AM,5AM,6AM,7AM. Yesterday morning, my boyfriend and I were trying to get up early breakfast. We came to parkside since it was close by and went ahead with our order.

Not sure if there's something wrong with the speaker box or perhaps the lady taking our order really wasn't trying to pay attention because we had to repeat the order several times and we asked for something very specific with our breakfast.

Once we got to the window to pay and receive our food, it took a long time for the lady by the window to even acknowledge that we have put payment at the window. She was to busy talking to her other co-worker.

Finally got our payment done and was waiting longer than usual to get the card back as well as to receive the food. Got home with the food, we were missing toast as both of us were supposed to have toast and only one of us did. Also, what we specifically asked for with our hash browns, was not there and instead it was something else. We asked for jalapenos and squeeze cheese on our hash browns and we got squishies and chili. My boyfriend is very allergic to tomatoes and he could not eat his hash browns due to the chili being on it.

Had both the ladies stopped talking and actually paid attention, both when we pulled up to the window to pay and most likely when we were at the menu to place our order, that wouldn't have happened. Threatened to call police on me bcuz I complained about my order! I walked there picked up food everything looked in order. I ordered 2 ham and cheese ommellet with diced tomatoes hash browns n wheat toast one for me one for my wife. I even tipped the same lady $4.making my total almost $30. Upon 1st bite we both realize there's no cheese or diced tomatoes. So I call the coney and inform them of mistake on the order and we are gonna half to walk another mile in order to bring it back up there. She's says bring it back up here to fix problem. We get back to coney they take a piece of American cheese n tomatoes cut up there were huge like 1/4 of a tomato slap it on tip of same cold omelet n give it back. By now foods cold cheese isn't melted n tomatoes are to big. I say that it's unexceptable and would like my refund. The Caucasian lady at the register with blue eyes on 12-30-22 says she's calling the cops keeps are food and are money. I feel like I was robbed n ended up walking 2 miles for them to keep my food and money. The eggs tasted like they were microwaved. Worst place ever on food and service I still would like Mt refund but judging by there customer service I doubt I will. Stay away from PARKSIDE CONEY ISLAND! Horrible...
