If I could rate this location lower I certainly would. Sorry about the rant I’m about to go on but if you’re thinking of ordering at this Subway, please listen. Almost every Friday night my family and I order from this location. We always order via the Subway app and then go to pickup our food. On one occasion our food was not ready when I arrived at the scheduled time. The employees were way too busy making subs for all their friends. After waiting for an extra 40 minutes I finally got my order. On more than a few occasions we have ordered cookies with our meal to find out after getting there they were out, that’s okay, totally understandable, but not once did I receive the promised refund. Tonight we ordered at 5:45 pm. Our food was supposed to be ready by 6. We waited until the app said ready and we went to get our order. Upon arrival, the store was closed. There was a small note left on the door, that said closed at 4:00 pm due to staff storage. Well that’s fine, but on another occasion when the store was closed, the app let you know and wouldn’t take orders for this location. Why was this not done in this instance?? With my previous experience of never getting my money back, will I be able to get my money on this occasion? This store is very poorly managed, the owner is known for giving customers bad attitude, and it doesn’t seem at this point they give refunds. My recommendation is to go to the Johnstown location, save yourself the aggravation, and just spend the extra 10 minutes driving. Never coming back to this...
Read moreWe were the first customers of the day. The place was disgustingly filthy! The men’s bathroom had mold growing in the toilet bowl! Used paper towels overflowing onto floor from the trash container. The sink and floor appeared to had been cleaned in literally weeks or more! The woman’s restroom had dried urine on the seat and NO toilet paper anywhere. Keep in mind we were the very first customers of the day. The following day I had gastro intestinal issues from what I believe was the food. We had to wipe our table down beforehand and it was one of the cleanest ones we found. The floor in the dining area appeared to had not been swept or cleaned in several days. The window at the service counter had food spattered on it from probably the previous several days. Overall the cleanliness of this place was beyond anything we had ever seen in a restaurant. Subway should revoke the owners franchise immediately! If I could give zeros stars, I would. If subway would spend money on training and hiring good staff instead of stars to appear on TV, they would be back to being a place to visit.
We were in a pinch to get some food in Centerburg, Ohio and the only place open was a subway. The staff this evening (Kayla and Amy) were horrible people, horrible service. Not to be trusted. Kayla outright lied when we asked for BBQ sauce. She poured hot sauce all over my son's sandwich and when we pointed out the label of the jar said hot sauce, she flat out lied and said 'oh, that's hot sauce, i don't know why they labeled that.
She did this maliciously with intent since we came in close to her closing time.
