These are the best commercially made tortillas I know, and I've tried them all. They heat the best, if you eat them traditionally, instead of bread. They are the closest I know to hand made tortillas. In a casserole they do not dissolve like other brands. In chilaquiles, they don't soften and fade out.
The chips, however, are not crispy enough. If you could keep them crispy it'd be great! And I applaud the low soldium! Only 20 mgs of sodium! Hooray! Don't change that formula.
But, I don't like the corn oil you use on the chips. It leaves an oily after taste. Other chips use oil that doesn't over power the corn chip taste. You should change the oil you use.
