Rte 9 drive thru dunkin's in Hillsboro NH: They made my coffee wrong. No biggie, people make mistakes. I went to a meeting, and then went back, and requested that they remake, or adjust, my coffee. The manager told me next time I needed to come back faster, or they wouldn't fix it. NO APOLOGY FOR THEIR SCREW UP AT ALL. When I told her I had been at a meeting and couldn't come right back, she responded by saying, "well still, NEXT TIME, you need to come back faster then an hour. I'm just saying." Still no apology or acknowledgement for her employees mistake. And how many of these mistakes are happening? Am I wrong in thinking that a manages goal would be that there wouldn't be a next time? I do only mobile orders. 3 stars today because Lately in the recent couple weeks it has been getting orders wrong and also my food has come out cold. I place my order as I'm pulling up to it so I try to purposely have my food fresh. The drive thru line has been getting longer to wait in as well as I even noticed there was only one person working in there on a couple days.    Read moreNot a bad Dunkin’s but the overpowering foul stench of raw sewage when you roll down your window to order is absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure what the problem is, my guess is that the septic tanks are right next to the ordering speaker and the lids are not sealed properly, but it’s bad. It’s so bad that I’ve stopped going and now stop at another Dunkin’ Donuts on my way home in Henniker. Hopefully the owner will read this but I doubt it as they’re probably some gold chain wearing douche bag masshole who couldn’t care less! But the girls who work there are great...
