McDonald's — Restaurant in Hillsborough

So I usually leave my job at 7-730 pm. At this point I’m tired after working for 10 hours and I don’t feel like cooking when I get home. So I’ll bring home McDonalds from Hillsboro. However, this last visit gave me this thought:

“Is everyone there so high off their gourd they can’t get a simple order of one Big Mac, two large fries and two sausage biscuits right?”

I ended up with two Big Macs with no meat(say what?) two plain cheese burgers, two large fries and a pumpkin pie...Seriously guys! Listen, working in the food service industry sucks! Believe me I understand this more than most people because I’ve worked for restaurants that serve fast food and the one thing I learned is people are awful especially when they’re hungry. This is the second time I’ve been there and something went wrong. The trip before this one I had a young girl completely screw up my order and had me waiting for and order she never keyed in! I waited for thirty minutes before I actually had to walk into the store and ask what was happening with my food! I’m trying not to insult you guys but I hope the management takes this as a wake up call and whips this store up to its real potential. I’d like to turn the one star rating to five!...

Just went through the drive-through and order a 4c Large with a Strawberry Shake and number 7 large with a strawberry shake. The order was correct on the order screen paid at the first window and when I got to the second window I was handed one shake and a bag with only the Chicken sandwich nothing else. When asked what I was doing sitting there I told them waiting for the rest of my food told them what I ordered again and handed them the receipt I was parked and when the rest was brought out to me I had everything but one of the large fry’s. I was going to go in and have them fix it again but the fry’s they gave me where old just washed in the oil to heat them up again so it wasn’t worth it and I didn’t want to wait longer. It’s honestly not that hard to take an order, make food, bag it up and pass all of it out HOT and FRESH to the correct customers (and yes I have worked in the field I am speaking from experience) Just pay attention and care about your job no matter...

Pulled up to the drive-thru after they were supposed to be open. Sat for a few minutes and after no response from within the building moved to a parking spot. As I'm walking up to the door a worker hastily walks toward the door I'm now pulling, which I found locked. His head is down and turned away from me, grabs a news flyer from the rack in an irritated manner, and walks away just as hastily as I try the door once more thinking perhaps it was stuck. No professionalism to say they were closed or even a plausible excuse, like power outage or water leak, just walks away and ignores me. First and only time I will pull into their lot, nor will I recommend them. Go to Dunkin just down the road. The people are far...
