Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Hillsville

First pizza…. Nasty,Cold,Tasteless 2nd Pizza….much better. Problem?? Well,it wasn’t my issue. It was theirs. Delivery driver was a little bit of an asshat. He was very confrontational. I shut the door in his face. He basically accused me of lying about the situation. I don’t need your 20$ pizza. Money isn’t the issue. I simply wanted the pizza I grew up with. This wasn’t it. I was nice. I don’t need this drama. ….. I am always honest. Always!!!!!! The experience was nothing short of an incredible experience. An incredible let down of an experience/memory of the past. Sadly I don’t recommend this place based on the experience I had. Used to love Pizza Inn. Seriously!!!!! I would rather of had a frozen pizza from Wisconsin. Much better pizza in my opinion than this pizza this evening. So disappointed . This was nothing like I remember. Anything else you remember about Pizza Inn is nostalgia. This is garbage.. I do not recommend this at all..I’d suggest you run the other direction if you want good food and respect. I want my money back and my evening! Total waste of...

I wanted to add to this review today. I ordered a giant half and half pizza, and I was so impressed with the service I received when ordering over the phone, and through the entire process. Kaitlyn took my order and helped me with getting the special. I was running late, and she called to check and be sure everything was ok, and when I arrived to pick up, I have to say, she was one of friendliest employees I have encountered in a long time. From helping with an ice cream order, to getting my order ready to pick up. She is a real asset to your organization.

I just ordered from this location yesterday. The pizza crust is so tasty and seems personally made, not prepackaged. This location is avout 30 mins from my home, but I go there every month, as it is one of the best italian places...

Ordered the 4 pizza sampler. They messed the order up. One if the pizza's was supposed to be thin crust and it wasn't. The others were supposed to be New York crust but they were more like pan. The girl at the register acted like she didn't know the difference when I told her even though she took the order. The guy making the pizzas appologized and remade the thin crust. Whe we waited we started on the other pizzzas. The Buffalo Chicken one was nothing more than a giant oozing heap of ranch with a tiny bit of buffalo chicken dolloped on top. It was disgusting. The lady manager who came in was great. She made the guy remake the pizzas and was very apologetic. If it were not for that manager I would give this place a 2 star rating. After all, the ice cream there...
