We came in with a postcard that promoted their new Happy Hour on one side, (between Noon and 5pm) and the other side had another offer on it with NO TIME RESTRICTIONS.

We attempted to redeem the offer with no time restrictions and were denied the use of the offer.

We spoke to the manager, and he said the printer added that onto the postcard and it had the time restrictions that the front one did. His lying to cover the misprint was clear, and we do not like dishonesty.

We heard through the grapevine that they'll be closing at the end of this season. It's no wonder why... Shady shysters. Ugh.

All this over a free kids cone with an adult purchase. They would've made out better accepting their own offer. Now they've lost my business.

We stumbled across this location by accident going back to the car dealership.. So glad we did! The lady was quite nice with lots of patience! There were so many flavors to choose from it was sickening! It seemed to take forever to make a decision! My grandson finally settled on superman, but he said he didn't like it so we threw it away. I got butter pecan & it was to die for! My daughter ordered the cookies & cream & mint cookies & cream (yes they mix them.) She said it was the truth! She'd like to come back & try some other...

I've been here 3 times during hours that say they're open. I gave up trying to give this place business back in August because they were always closed during operating hours advertised. I have been really, really craving quality ice cream so I was optimistic that maybe they would be open at 8:00PM on a warm September evening. This place stinks. Avoid unless you like driving to places that advertise different hours than they keep. Giant, Ritas, and Wendys are all close by so that's where...
