Overall great customer service. A fine tuned crew. Main issue is a recent visit. I have two Family members who work at Philadelphia locations and have been told by them that when certain items are not available for purchase in food service area they need to be taken off of touch pad menu ordering kiosk promptly. Ordered Meatball sandwich, paid for purchase waited for it, was told roughly 7 minutes later meatball item was not available. Young woman politely explained it was off menu, I replied it was still on the ordering options. I then ordered a Beefsteak in place of it. She may have misheard. When I got home it turned out to be a Chicken steak. I understand mistakes are made. Wanted to bring it to Store managers attention. Some other patrons are much more cutthroat and go straight to Corporate. Be safe...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will never go to this wawa again. It's advertised free coffee for military for the month either current or past with family members included. I was told at this wawa that they r only doing it if u live in Philadelphia. My father was a Green Beret that did Many secret missions. One of them being on the 3 helicopters that touched down in Grenada in the middle of the night and pulled all of our hostages out of there in the 80's and also putting his life on the line daily for Americans but this waw told me they r only doing it for soldiers in Philadelphia. I also have a brother who is currently a Green Beret and a nephew in the Navy working on nuclear submarines but since none of us live in Philadelphia we aren't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a 57 y/o former Philadelphian, who has been to many WAWA's over the years. I work for the Home Depot across the street from this store and have been here since before this WAWA opened. I feel, after the quality of my food today, that I must give my opinion of this store. This store is probably the most poorly run stores that I have ever been to, seriously lacking in help and dirty most of the time. The coffee urns are constantly empty and the coffee, that is there, is never hot enough. I have also had a few times that I felt ill after eating a hoagie there. This store is seriously in need of new management. I would much rather go to the store on Main St. in Souderton, than press my luck...
