Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hobart Township

This is my first and last time at this location. It was my intention to sit inside and do some work on my laptop while drinking coffee. I was sorely disappointed. The floors are super greasy throughout. It's as if they used the same mop on the kitchen, dining, and restroom floors, then used it on the tables and chairs (in that order.) Everything is covered in a slimy film. I had to wipe down the table before I could use it. Also, you have to walk carefully so you don't slip and fall.... it's really gross. Unfortunately, I decided to use the restroom while I was here. The floor was slimy and wet, with small puddles throughout the floor. There were flies in there, too. Just gross. To top it off, they messed up the only thing I ordered- coffee. Instead of liquid sugar, they used Equal. Thankfully they remade it correctly. The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the wifi worked, and the kid remade my cup of coffee without issue. I only took two pics because they don't truly show the issues. Just trust...

They usually get our orders wrong and the staff can be, at times, rude. They hardly restock the sugar substitute at the straw cart and, considering a member of my family is diabetic, is very important. So, we usually have to wait until we get home and use our own sugar substitute. Though, this time when my family and I went there (we didnt go through the drive-thru) it took them a little longer to even acknowledge that we were at the front waiting, though this is what not put us off. After we ordered and they were done making our order, a lady came out to put it on the counter for us to take and my whole family had noticed that the lady was wearing no shoes or socks and was just walking around barefoot through the whole restaurant. This most recent experience has put me and my family off and, after discussing how gross it was, we are not going to this...

I go there everyday and there is always a different issue. The main problem is the attitude and ignorant comments from the male high school employees making the drinks. I ordered a large matcha today and as we got to the window we could see the boy making it, it was not full so he proceeded to pack it full of ice. We asked the girl working the window to have him not do that since he had to remake the drink cause he poured espresso into a matcha…. He starts to remake the drink, it was still not full so he puts the lid on and says(while the window is open) “well let’s see how they like this then” while smiling and laughing with his buddy. No rude comments were needed when we simply just asked for less ice, an $8 drink shouldn’t be 95% just ice. The only good thing there is the young female at the window, she is always amazing...
