Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hobart Township

Well, I had ordered a simple caramel macchiato yesterday, and I saw that the lady in front of me was told to pull up. I ordered, and was told to pull around to the front of the store. There already were two cars that were also told the same thing, and they were waiting as well. Then, 2 more cars had to pull around to the front of the store as well. My God, there were 5 of us waiting for our orders...one simple drink. An employee came out to give someone their drink, and I asked what the problem was. She apologized, and said I told her to stop having people pull around, and that she was new. Um...apparently she didn't know how to make drinks. Ridiculous! I then tried to back out of the little parking lot, and could barely do it...cuz so many cars were just crowding the lot! I won't be going...

I have been to this location twice since it has opened. I completely understand that the team need to get acclimated with the equipment and products that are served there. However this location is out of my way when I ho home or to work and I just wanted to give them a try. I place a mobile order in hopes that it would be ready by the time I hot there and it was not I gave my name at the speaker and my name at the window all I ordered was a shaken espresso and I was told to pull forward because the drink was not ready. Please get it together with this new team. Coach retrain...

I went here 3 times never again! The service sucks, wait time is horrible, and the 3rd try I asked for a refresher made with GREEN TEA I even asked if it is made with green tea he said yes I took my first sip it was so sweet you can clearly tell it was made with lemonade, I didn't even bother to go back I had to go around the corner to another Dunkin on broadway and they were kind even to fix my order even tho they were super busy not like this one on 61st dead as ever still have to wait and the order is screwed up!...
