They claimed that they would refund my money on two separate occasions, the first for the pizza having a hair on it and being dead from sitting in warmer and the second incident that they have not refunded for is when I placed an order at 1:14 and had to drive up to jj's for a pizza that wasn't made until 3 pm. Get it together, love how they only respond to positive comments on their reviews. I'd like a phone call back
The food is good when it is not over cooked. I placed an order for pick up and im usually quoted about 25 mins, my boyfriend goes into the restaurant to pick up the pizza and he was in there for another 30 mins because the delivery driver took our pizza for a joy ride..the manager made him wait for the driver to bring it back and then she argued with him that it was not luke warm after being out of the warmer for almost an hour. The service could definitely improve..
Another shitty incident tonight, burnt pizza and the only credit is half the amount I paid or refund me in 5 to 7 business days..what if that was all that I had, im tired of the way I've been treated at this location..and will not be back to be honest.

I specifically said I'd like to place an order for pick up on the phone and they put it in for delivery without even verifying a name or address. As I'm pulling in to pick up my pizza, I get a frantic call from the delivery driver who tells me "all I can tell you is I'll bring it back to the store". So I waited an additional 20 mins at the store for them to bring me back by pizza. Then I asked to not be charged delivery and he offered me a credit toward my next pizza even though I told him I don't live in the region anymore and would likely not be able to come back.
