Raydee Magoo's — Restaurant in Hobart Township

We have ordered pizza from ready Magoo's every week for the last 2 years we always get the same thing party size anti veggie chunk. I was informed tonight that they do not have party size not a big deal I figured I would order two pizzas maybe they would work with me on the price since it's not my fault they do not have the party size. I was told they cannot work with me on the price and apparently to order a party size you have to order it a day before which is not the way it has been for the last 2 years every week that we have ordered. Last week we ordered a pizza from them from my boys and the pizza was burnt. The last three times I don't know what cheese they are buying I'm guessing that's the reason it has become so greasy .I have informed everybody about how great the pizza at Raydee Magoo's is and how much better it is than JJ's. Guess I will have to start dealing with JJ's or Ts pizza because they have not tried to scam me like this in the past. I really am sad about the fact this has turned out this way because I really do like their product if the owner would like to reach out to me I may even delete this post I don't want anything for free but your manager sucks. Worst customer service I've ever received!! We called for delivery was told it would take an hour and 15 minutes ended up taking over two hours! When it showed up the pizzas were freezing cold and not correct! When we called to let them know the guy on the phone was rude and just said okay u want ur money back instead of trying to make it right! Also he wanted the pizzas back I mean he could have them they were trash anyways! When I asked about there coupon tickets that they started on April first the driver and guy on the phone just didn't know about them even tho they posted about them promoting them on their Facebook page. We will never order from them again. Horrible people and horrible food!! The old owners went above and beyond for there customers! These new people just don't care. Well we had delivery on Valentine's Day . It was snowing outside and when we ordered the pizza they said it would be late. Took and hour and a half but it was worth it. This pizza is great! We had an xl pizza chunk sausage with breadsticks. The breadsticks are like deep fried deliousness! The location is great for me. I usually don't right comments on businesses but I really like this pizza. It's like if Gelsosomos pizza, Pepper pot pizza and J Js had a weird three way love child it would be this pizza.
