We went to this Wendy's on Sunday March 16, 2025 around 4:30pm - 4:50pm to get my daughter something to eat. We order a simple Asiago chicken sandwich meal. After getting home, my daughter bit into her sandwich and bit an earbud. Yes, an earbud was in her sandwich. After attending to her and you tooth from biting something hard. I called the location
I asked to speak to a manager and the young lady who answered the phone E----- stated she is the manager on duty. I informed her what just happened and how we are bothered by the situation. She stated the some there is looking for a earbud and that ridiculous. She then processed to state that "I'm going to put you on hold for one moment". I was fine with that and stated okay.
Moments later another young lady came to the phone and began to state how sorry she that this happen, she wasn't by the sandwich area, it got really busy, she doesn't know how it happen and how can she fix this. After realizing it was no longer the manager, I asked the employee her name and she stated M------.
I informed the young lady that this is unacceptable and as for the ear bud, my step-daughter doesn't live close by.
We were really bother by the ear bud in the sandwich, that is nasty and we won't be going to this location again. However, we are so disappointed how the manager throw the employee on the phone to solve a situation that she is suppose to fix. That bothered me more, leadership starts from the top.
Also, I did not put there names on here privacy, respect, they know who they are and corporate has already been informed of...
Read moreI stop going to this Wendy for 3 years. I thought I could try 61st again maybe they would have new management. The first time I went in the morning and got breakfast used a a gift card, the manager automatically charged me for large. I was wondering why my two meals was 20.00. She hands me these big ol drinks. I asked her why did she automatically charge me for a large. She said you have to say you don’t want one not to get it. I had to explain to her she can offer a up sale but cannot force it. She did offer me my money back but they never admit that they were wrong. Then told me they don’t carry jelly knowing they serve breakfast sandwiches. Boom I had my spouse go there today. I don’t know who was there this morning but I wanted the 2 for 3$ items on the breakfast menu. I wanted to add cheese to my sausage biscuit and they told her they don’t modify the sandwich. I add cheese at the Wendy’s on US 30 they just charge me extra. She was also told she had to get a coffee as if the online special shows you can get a small drink if you want. I don’t know if people aren’t being trained properly but they need some help because the manager is either lazy or really don’t know what she is doing. I worked as a manager for 8 years there is no way this is normal. Now I’m never going back to that one in life. They need...
Read morewe should be able to give a zero rating! In recent years this Wendy's has hired young people who don't understand basic common decency, nor do they CLEARLY appear to have any basic rudimentary, home training and etiquette. The food is burnt; they greet you very rudely; they slam your food at you; the drinks are always spilling over unsealed tops or they have been spilled at the fountain and hand it to the customer wet dripping and now your car is sticky.
Don't dare go in to eat. The attitude ordering at the service counter is flagrantly slipshod, and if you dine in, the tables are filthy dirty, you could eat off a animal shelter's floor cleaner than their tables. The food is unedible, because they(young adult managers, with what appears to be little to no serious management training/overhead monitoring nor basic understanding of how cooking food and serving it to the general public is a health and safety standard they should always follow) are not monitoring how these young kids(just there for basic paycheck), prepare food according to the Health and Food Administration, and OSHA standard guidelines. It's only after I've eaten at Wendy's of recent that I have felt violently ill, because I don't believe these kids are preparing our food fresh. I vow not to visit...
