Undergrounds Coffee NM — Restaurant in Hobbs

I'm changing my rating.. every time I go to the drive up on Del Paso. I'm never disappointed. Girls are great friendly and ALWAYS make my coffee how I ask for it. They introduced me to new drinks and showed me new flavors and they are all the way awesome. I love this place.. BUT the past four or five times I have gone to the other store on Grimes, my coffee was made wrong. And when I told them it was wrong they made rude smerks at me. I can say not all of the girls there are rude. Some were very nice and took my order correctly. But that doesn't really impress me when my coffee still comes out wrong. Sticking to the one on DelPaso from hereon out. I hope these new girls are as good as the ones there now. :) Thanks...

Horrible service. They employ 15 years old and they don't get the orders right and the customers get blamed for it! I wouldn't mind for paying for what i asked for but after charging me and them asking me to pay for something they forgot to charge is not right $0.95 or $10.00 its not right! Plus previously i had talked to the manager when i paid for 2 drinks and the popping pearls were bad. They didn't even apologized they just said pearls were good, basically...

Im addicted to getting something to drink from this place everything i try is amazing and great prices. The drive thru here on dal paso is just garbage though when backed up your literally having to put hazards on sitting off to side of a very busy road. 100 percent recommend this place on dal paso if there is not a line dragged out into traffic even when exiting from inside lane sometimes you cant even pull out due to cars...
