Dear Pizza Mill & Sub Factory (Hobbs),
I am writing to express my concern and disappointment with the behavior of your manager, who came to my car and started yelling at me for no apparent reason. As a senior citizen, her aggressive behavior shocked and intimidated me.
I had just purchased at your establishment and left through the driveway as the back was blocked. The manager accused me of cutting through your business to get past the stoplight, but this was not the case. Instead of listening to my explanation, the manager continued to yell and create an embarrassing and entirely uncalled-for scene.
As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. This incident has left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. I called the manager to address the issue that I did not like when she yelled at me, but she did not apologize and continued arguing with me on the phone.
Please take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure you are trained to handle situations more professionally and respectfully.
Thank you for your attention to this...
Read moreWe recently moved to the area and are a big pizza family. This establishment was recommended to us by another business owner in town. So, we decided to give it a go. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, two meatball subs and an order of breadsticks. Okay, so the pizza came and it was basically greeza not pizza. It somewhat reminded me of what you'd see in a 90s film with the cafeteria lady peering at you waiting for your reaction. Let me start by saying I was hesitant because the greeza looked like food poisoning on a pan. To top to off, the pizza had toppings we couldn't identify and when we inquired the staff literally told us they didn't know what was on our pizza. I was blown away. On top of that, they forgot our breadsticks, rushed them out and they looked limp and doughy. The staff literally didn't care but not surprising because they looked like they were 12. So, $60 gone. We had to end up getting dinner somewhere else to mitigate the foul disgusting hell that is...
Read moreWe were really looking forward to eating here. We had heard good things. We ordered our pizza (medium, two topping) and were told that it would take 45-60 minutes for delivery, okay, it's a Friday night, totally fine. When our pizza hadn't arrived and 1 hour and 10 minutes later I called and was told that it would be ten more minutes, 30 minutes later our pizza arrived. We were still hoping that even though it was late it would be warm and good. However, the pizza was barely warm and was hard (maybe over cooked?) and the breadstick we ordered were barely cooked enough to eat and still tasted a bit doughy. The delivery kid was nice and polite, hence the two stars. We really wanted to support this local business, especially in this time of COVID, but we will be putting our money in other local food. This was a...
