Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Hobbs

Food is fairly good.

About two months ago the wrong sandwich was put in my bag. I ordered a burger and received a chicken sandwich. Went back an they replaced it. Tonight I got a bag with just fries in it. No burger. No big deal till they very rudely implied that I was lying and that there was a burger in the bag. Should be pretty easy to tell if a burger is in a bag or not. Their reply word for word was “I guess we could make you another burger”. Returned all our food that we did get. Got a refund and won’t ever be going back. I will be calling the supervisor or owner tomorrow.

If this store ever fulfilled an order accurately and didn’t cheat their customers. Hell would freeze over. You will constantly be shorted food. As in, 1 out of every 10 orders you place here will be correct when you get home and...

I don't know who the owner is but it's aparent they don't care. I have a vehicle that I can't pull up to the drive in part. My vehicle is to high. Normally you can walk up in the middle and order. Not here. Bc you can't read the screens. Nor do try they to work with you. I asked them multiple times then just finally went to a machine myself. They want you to drive in regardless. I couldn't see the screens bc they were so dark. So I had to park about 50 yards away and sit to hopefull If you want to have a drive in then make it to where everyone get my order. an. I have no problem walking to get my order. I get y'all are busy but that is business. I can't pull into your spots I need to order my food at the window But when you do then we have a problem. Unfortunately, we did not have a very good experience at this particular sonic in Big Springs. We were going to Whataburger which was across the street but we decided to sit outside and eat here. Big mistake! While ordering they told us they were out of so many items! That should have been our sign to just leave. But we didn't. Our food arrived and then were told they didn't have Ketchup, the softdrinks were flat and then the tater tots were very dark. The server brought the manager out because we were questioning the color and amount of grease that was coming out of the tator tots. Only to be told that the oil needed to be changed. Such a shame because we paid a good amount of money and weren't able to enjoy our whole meal. 2 stars because the burger...
