We attended a party a few years ago and the hosts served pizza from Luigi's. It was great.

We needed to provide dinner for a small party yesterday (Friday, 10/20/23) so we ordered 6 large NY style pizzas; 2 cheese, 2 pepperoni, and 2 "works".

All 6 pizzas were overcooked. The bottom of each was almost black. The cheese pizzas were thin, like a NY style pizza should be and were the best of the bunch, but still just mediocre. The WORST were the "works" pizzas. Sparse toppings, sauce, cheese. Crust was dry. It was like they took a couple of Bobolis and slathered them with Ragu and some toppings left over from 4 days ago. It's fine if you are into eating pizza with crust so hard that it breaks your teeth. Also, if you are accustomed to eating paint chips and uranium, then you might like this place.

As far s service, the place is very small and there are people just standing around in what appears to be a line. I had to ask if they had ordered or were waiting to order or what.

I don't think we will ever go here again. Mom and pops pizza joints are a dime a dozen and there are MANY in this area that are...

Ordered through GrubHub. The meal was delivered promptly, with everything packaged well. I was extremely impressed with the entire order!

Antipasto olives, mozzarella, salamis, prosciutto to red roasted peppers with warm broccoli rabe - broccoli rabe some of the best I have ever tasted.

Side of meatballs for 3.75 is unbelievable. They could easily charge more than double that. The "gravy was delicious"!

Kid size fettuccine that was more than an adult (should) eat at a sitting for 7.50 is insane. It was creamy and Al dented. Perfect!!!

Side Caesar salad.

Had to get the tiramisu and I was floored. It was light and soaked in espresso. Absolutely a food orgasm in your mouth.

Best dinner at an incredibly affordable price. I got four meals from this one order for 45.00...

Don't let the location of this place deter you from going. They should have their own building and turn it into a dining experience!

This place was absolutely amazing. If I'm back up here, it will be a date night with the wife as we both love Italian food.

I started off with the garlic knots, and boy let me tell you. If you order these, you'll want a double order. They are small, but that really isn't the issue since they pack so much flavor and are perfectly cooked with the right amount of seasonings.

I also ordered the Chicken Marsala, and I must say. They do make this dish from scratch in house. The flavors were perfect, on the nose marsala. Heaping portion (easily can feed 2 people). This dish was outstanding and I'd fly here just to...

We had a really great experience dining in this evening as a family of 4. The entire team was awesome, especially Jake. He was killing it….waiting tables, managing the counter and phones, knowing all the regulars orders by heart, serving people slices instead of just leaving the whole pie on the table, offering to go next store to grab a root beer for someone because they were out (even though they were slammed), all done with the most incredible manners, patience and a smile. We often order take out from here but will be dining in more often. The food was fresh, delicious, presented well and to top it off, the bill was only $58, which is nearly Impossible for a family of 4 at a sit down restaurant in Hockessin.

Ok the good. Decently priced, cute quaint little place. Now the ehhh… Frozen Mozzarella Sticks that you could get at Walmart are my pet peeve when doing Italian, blasphemous!!! The cheeseburger sub was light with no seasoning, this is a reoccurring theme. Marinara was ok but needed salt. The stuffed cheesesteak pizza looked amazing & flavor wise was sooo close to being good, however a lack of seasoning (salt, pepper), minimal steak left me slightly disappointed. Boxes piled floor to ceiling, the dude touched my pizza raw handed after handling a guest check presenter was also not appealing either.

It was a quiet Sunday afternoon. I saw on their menu in specialty sandwich section they had a Porchetta Italiano; roast pork, broccoli rabe, roasted peppers and provolone. I asked if I could get a porchetta Italiano but as a Cheesesteak. Without hesitation they said ‘Yes.’ They also charge me an extra $1.25 and didn't give me french fries that come with the Porchetta Italiano. Good quality and very tasty cheesesteak. I wish it had more of everything and melted the cheese with the meat better. Overall good experience.
