While, in the end, our food was fine, the ATTITUDE of the workers was really poor, and ended up stressing my mom out, so I am NOT a fan of this place. I do not plan on returning to this location. Mom called in a pick-up order for a "Hawaiian BBQ Chicken pizza, deep dish, like in your coupon photo". What we got was just a regular Hawaiian pizza; ham, pineapple, and crumbles of bacon. No Chicken or BBQ sauce like Mom specifically mentioned. She was told that she didn't call it an "Aloha" BBQ Chicken pizza, so that's why she only got a regular Hawaiian instead. I'm sorry, Jet's, but YOUR JOB is to put the ingredients WE CUSTOMERS tell you to put on the pizza we order, regardless of what kitschy buzzwords you think you need to hear. If I call and order a Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushroom pizza, you put all three of those toppings on it, because I listed them. You do not just stop at Pepperoni because Pepperoni Pizzas exist as their own item. If you can't figure out that someone is trying to order an "Aloha" pizza when they say "Hawaiian BBQ Chicken", then perhaps you don't deserve such responsibilities at your job. If someone orders "Hawaiian BBQ Chicken" and you can't translate that to your own lingo and know what pizza they wanted, the LEAST you could do is actually include all the toppings specifically mentioned when the order was placed. And you ESPECIALLY don't give the customer grief when they call back to inform you of your error. We had originally ordered an Extra Large pizza, but the replacement pizza we received was only a Large because the woman on the phone at Jet's blamed the mistake on the words my mom used to order, and didn't even want to make a correction until my mom persisted. Read more6-7-24 update (Pizza Hut saved our evening) Jets in Holland has always been a go-to spot for delicious food, and their convenient app makes ordering a breeze. However, my recent experience left a lot to be desired.
Despite placing an order for $71 through the app and arriving at the designated time, the restaurant had no record of it. This was a major inconvenience and a frustrating start to the meal.
Jets offered zero assistance simply told us we should see a refund within 3-5 business days
Refund delay: While a refund was promised, the fact that it could take up to 3-5 business days is unacceptable. It's unreasonable to expect customers to wait that long for their money back, especially when they received no food.
Special shout out to Pizza Hut for offering to have our meal ready within 10 minutes after hearing about the lost meal. Pizza Hut followed through!
Overall: Jets Holland usually provides a positive experience, but this particular visit was marred by a lost order and a frustrating refund policy. While the food is still delicious and the app is convenient, the lack of accountability for the order mishap and the lengthy refund processing time are major drawbacks. Hopefully, this was just an isolated incident, and Jets will take steps to improve their order management and refund procedures. Until then, I would recommend proceeding with caution when ordering through the app.

Read moreJet's was one of my favorite pizza places (and very close) but has made the rediculous decision of removing all pricing information from their online menus and ordering system, so you can only enter what you want on your pizza, then be floored by the extreme cost. Over $35 for a single 8 corner pizza!?! It could have been the toppings?, or the extra sauce?, maybe the turbo crust?, but there is no way to tell, because all you get is a total.
Also missing completely from anywhere I could find on their website, how big is each size of pizza? I know how big an 8 corner is since that's what I used to order, but I wanted less today. Is a large smaller or bigger? How much smaller is a medium? Where does the 4 corner fall in? Maybe with pricing information I could at least guess, but without either, you get an unknown size pizza for an unknown starting price with extras and toppings that you are unsure how much they cost, with a total of over $35 per pizza without delivery.
After 10 minutes of trying to find pricing or sizes, I just ordered from Sluggo's since they list sizes and prices clearly on their menu, so I know what I'm getting, and can choose toppings and extras without playing guess the price.
Jet's pizza is delicious, with the most amazing crust ever, but that doesn't matter if they make 8t too complicated to order by hiding any and all information a customer needs to make an...
