Tonight we went there in the drive through. Employees were arguing outside with what looked to be family. Wearing their gloves outside and then using the same gloves to handle food. They got our order totally wrong. Gave us fries with no seasoning. Didn’t give us a drink. The employee came outside with gloves on, holding what looked to be her daughter or sisters hand (7-8 years old) with the child carrying our food to the parking lot where we were asked to pull after circling around the parking lot for the second time to get our food. Not to mention the outside argument between staff and family in the parking lot, got carried inside where the drive through window was left open, and we heard cussing and all kinds of stuff with kids in our car. The food was almost $30 and totally wrong and cold and zero quality of service. It’s sad. We won’t be back. And I don’t want a free meal, because it isn’t worth eating anymore. I love Jacks, always have. But this one is the worst one I’ve...
Read moreIf I could give them a zero I would. The assistant manager, Sheri, was a hateful individual. Told me the gift coupon I had wouldn't cover what i ordered. I told her I have been to 3 different locations. They ALL TOOK IT without any comments or backlash. She pulls out her card and swiped the machine like it did something hateful to her. NEVER SAID THANK YOU, or have a good day. Just slung the bag on the counter and said here it is. Got home.. the ham egg and cheese biscuit that she gave me grief about was smashed. Egg off to the side of the biscuit and there was more of the cheese on the wrapper Tham on the biscuit.. I WILL not go back to this location. Seems to me their a bunch of Yankees rather than the friendly restaurant of the South. I'm guessing since they are the only fast food restaurant in Holly Pond she has the attitude like it or leave it. Well, I'll drive a few miles extra to get a smile and kindness over the hateful...
Read moreGreat food but service could use a little improvement. My friend and i went to get food, dinner for just three of us. We went through the drive-thru and took our time placing our order trying to make sure they heard us correctly and got it right. However, apparently the time we spent at the speaker ordering didn't help.
When we got home we found a couple issues. Not enough to go back, green beans where there should have been cole slaw and one biscuit was missing. I know probably many reading this are thinking I have to take some of the blame for not checking my food when I was at the drive thru window. I do that if I have the time and think about it but in all reality I shouldn't have to go behind the employee and check "their work." Giving the customer what they pay for and what is recorded on the receipt is critical, in their job probably second only to...
