If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful, and freshly made Mexican food, look no further! This place is a total gem! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly makes you feel great! The owner Fernando and his team are not only welcoming but also incredibly passionate and dedicated to what they do, and it shows in every bite. The food here is phenomenal — bursting with bold flavors, made with fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. Whether it is their tacos, enchiladas, burritos, or signature dishes, everything is packed with that traditional Mexican taste that is hard to find elsewhere. The seasoning, the presentation, the portions all spot on! What really makes this place stand out is the service. Fernando and his staff goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that passion translates into an unforgettable dining experience. Highly highly recommended for anyone craving real Mexican food served with heart. Whether you are dining in, grabbing takeout, or stopping by for the first time, you are in for a treat. I will definitely be coming back again and again!

First the meat was burnt second the waitress asked me if I wanted cilantro and the other items and cheese I did not get anything on there except shredded cheese not even the proper cheese never ever seen that before they’re not even regular tacos they’re mini so at the end you’ll probably get two tacos out of it it’s not even worth the price the waitress was very pleasant they had her working tables the front door and the bar i’m surprised they didn’t have her work the kitchen also and she probably would’ve done a better job I will never eat there again and I will let anyone know don’t go there waste the money thank God I have cilantro and the cheese and onions at my house that I added in myself but I still taste the burnt meat also the meat taste like it’s old oil you can taste other food and your taco this is disgusting now if you only put salt and pepper or nothing at seasoning in your food you may love this place

I have eaten here five times since Las Palmas opened in Canton and each time I have noticed their service was slow. This is the only Mexican restaurant I have been to that took over fifteen minutes for your food to arrive after placing your order. The quality of the food is what you would expect from a Mexican restaurant of this caliber, but the time it takes for them to prepare it is unreasonable. Also, their prices compared to other local Mexican restaurants are ridiculous. You will pay a few dollars more here than ordering the same thing at, for instance, Viva La Mexico with no difference in the quality of food. The last time I ate here I ordered a grilled chicken quesadilla and got a quesadilla with barely any chicken in it. I attached a picture of it in this review. I will probably never eat here again. There are plenty of better Mexican restaurants around here.

My family and I have been coming here regularly for years with my parents. It’s our go to spot for our kids who love the food and hanging out as a family together. After tonight we will NEVER be back. We were seated and waited quite a while to even get our drinks. We ordered drinks and some appetizers. Drinks finally arrived and we got half of what we asked for so we politely reminded them and asked for more salsa as we had been waiting so long at this point it was gone. Never got the salsa and got part of the rest of our apps and never saw our server again. After 45 minutes my 5 year old son was near tears laying in my lap asking when we were going to eat. A different server walked by and asked if we had been helped and after telling her how long we had been waiting she seemed empathetic and couldn’t believe how long it had been and said she would be right back and handle it. We didn’t see her again but about ten minutes later our original server finally showed her face again so I can only assume she told her to come check on us. She asked if we’d like some refills and we politely told her how long we had been waiting and we were ready to order now as my kids weren’t going to last much longer. She said she’d be right back and never came back. At this point we had been at the table about an hour so my dad got up and went looking for help. He saw the owner and I saw him extend his arms like what’s going on and the owner had the audacity to say we were disrespecting them by asking for service!! No voices were raised we were simply asking to order our food after an hour! At that point we all were done and ready to go and only then did he offer to make us food. We declined as my son was now crying and ready to leave. I have never had as bad service as we did here tonight which was extremely disappointing after being regular customers for years. Nothing was done to rectify the situation and we all left stressed, upset and hungry after just trying to enjoy a meal together at a regular spot of ours. I’m so offended and I never write reviews but if I can save one family from experiencing this by writing this I will. The owner should be ashamed of how he handles his business and our server should learn some sense of urgency or at least consideration for others! And apparently the owner only responds to positive reviews so nothing is going to be...

Me, my fiance, and best friend we're talking about going here all day for Cinco for dinner.... well... we did it was at 9pm when we all got off work. We were seated inside where they had live music. Live music so loud we had to scream at each other and the waitress to get anything ordered. Well they had a drink menu on the table for drinks and we all got our food in mind. The chips and salsa come to us.... now I've eaten here a lot we all have... idk if they are under new management or it was just stupid busy or what but the salsa.. tasted like tomato paste with half the ingredients of salsa just straight awful like i could've gotten salsa at Walmart that tasted better. Normally their salsa is amazing and so fresh. The service... we were put in a corner booth where almost no one could see us so as soon as we got our chips and salsa she dipped didn't even ask us for drinks or anything and was gone for at least 15 minutes to 20. She came back and we tried to order our alcohol well that a well was awful. Sure couldn't hear us and stayed with my best friend sure showed her the drink she wanted and she goes oh we don't have that I'm sorry and have her a different drink menu than what was at the table. My friend said nevermind then we went to order our drinks and she ran off to get the bartender? Because a guy came up and asked us what we wanted but also couldn't hear over the band. Me and my fiance both wanted tequila sunrises... he just heard tequila... another 10 to 15 go by is about 935 940 and we still don't have anything other than the chips and salsa. So they go to finally take our order and my best friend showed her again what she wanted... and she again tells her they don't have it and she just gets so frustrated at the fact that nothing she wants is actually available and walks out. They then tell me a i try to order 1 taco and 1 tamale that the tamales are no longer a side option and come in 3 so I tried to order another taco while my fiance tried to get a bowl of some kind. She goes back to place it and the drink guy comes up with shots of tequila.... we didn't even drink it and just walked out. I normally loved this place but now idk if it was just the holiday or what but I'm not eating here anymore and it...

I've been to this location 3 times, each time hoping that it will be better than the last, but have been sadly disappointed. It's also worth noting that the food score is 83 and hidden behind a plant when you walk in the door. Firstly, I agree with others when I say that the service is hit or miss. The first time I went was dine in. It was 7:45 in the evening, maybe two other parties in the restaurant. We were sat in the first booth next to the door right at the host booth. The staff was prompt in taking our orders, but food was a little slower than I would have expected considering we ordered the "Authentic Mexican Tacos" and a cheese quesadilla. Our food came out, and to their credit, the chicken tacos were exactly what I was wanting. However, once we had finished eating, we sat for 15 minutes with the plates on the edge of the table waiting for someone to come by and ask if we needed our check. Keep in mind we are sitting essentially right next to the host booth where someone was standing the whole time. We were charged full price for the cheese quesadilla despite not receiving the lettuce, tomato, sour cream, avocado, rice and beans as promised in the menu. Disappointing service for our first time going. I ordered chicken tacos to-go twice after this, the first time via phone and the second time in person. Once again, I did not go during peak hours the time I ordered to-go in person, but I waited 25 minutes for 3 chicken tacos (Which are chicken, raw onions, cilantro, and salsa in a corn tortilla). I want to like this location because it's close to where I live and it would be really convenient, but with the hit-or-miss service and the 83 HEALTH SCORE, I can't justify...
