We have been regular customers here for years so I’m sad to say tonight will be our last time for a while if not last time period. If tonight was a one off bad night I wouldn’t be writing this review. However, the service has gotten so bad that even the best food wouldn’t begin to make up for it. Unfortunately while the food hasn’t declined nearly as far or fast as the service, it has become hit or miss at best. We went in tonight and sat down at a booth. We were greeted fairly quickly (the only positive for the night) and I ordered a beer while my girlfriend ordered a glass of wine. Five minutes later the wine shows up, no beer yet. Five minutes later I have to call the server over and ask about my beer. They finally bring it and we order our food. I got a sandwich and my girlfriend ordered six wings “all drummies”. A while later our food arrived and for the second week in a row, not all drummies! Unlike last week we said something. The kitchen guy who brought our food out says he will bring out three more drummies. Our server comes over when she noticed the error which gave us the ability order another round of drinks (since this is the first time we’ve seen her since we ordered and we’ve been dry for ten minutes!) and I asked for ketchup. I’m almost done eating and my girlfriend has been done with her three wings for quite some time when another server notices that she never got her three other wings. She says something to the cook and finally brings out her other wings (Kudos to this server for noticing things). I never did get any ketchup. So now the check comes and I had to point out they charged me $6 each for my beers even though the special tonight is $4 craft beers. She did run off to correct it but she ran off before I had the chance to ask her when in the heck they started charging $12 for a glass of wine!! I just ordered for delivery for the first time, and guess what??? It was excellent again. Was here very quick, with my usual grab a pizza place, I usually wait an hour, and sometimes it’s cold or chewy when it arrives.Not the case tonight, hot fresh dough with fresh toppings and a very friendly delivery driver. If you haven’t tried Saporitos then you truly do not know what you are missing. Carnivore is awesome!!
Just ordered delivery again, this place delivers quality every time. Congrats to the owners for keeping control over quality. I appreciate it and will be a regular. 5 stars
Ok, unfortunately have to rebut my original post. Again , unfortunately. This company has a wonderful opportunity to take canton and Woodstock pizza to the next level, however, after a few pizzas you realize they start falling apart. For the last 3 pizzas , you get no Parmesan or marinara sauce. Tonight not only was it cold but there was still no Parmesan. Seems like everyone blames someone else, ultimately the delivery person is the last step from kitchen to my belly. I still tipped 5 bucks but I think I will go back to Pappa Johns. Main reason is when I called I got the run around and after I mentioned that this had happened the last 4-5 times I was told that they can send the cheese but it will be a while, well on that note, I already waited an hour, I skipped the app that doesn’t let you order marinara and I actually placed an order with a human, to avoid any confusion. Didn’t help, I know every one has bad days but 4 different random bad days to me looks like a pattern. Read moreSo yesterday night I phoned in an order of one large margherita pizza, one large cheese and pepperoni pizza, and a dozen garlic knots. The pizza here is the closest comparable to what I am used to in NYC. I told them I would be there in 30 minutes. When I arrived they didn't have my order ready so an older gentleman behind the counter told me he would have my order ready in 10 minutes but it was a bit longer. One of the other employees apologized, said it was his fault, and offered me a drink while I waited but I declined. I work in law enforcement was tired and hungry and had my wife waiting in the car. She was a bit upset and I could not blame her. As I waited in my car I noticed my receipt noted sausage and pepperoni. I walked back in before I could say anything the older gentleman appeared to have a bit of an attitude telling me it's coming out as he is chatting with customers leaving. I tell him I only ordered a cheese and pepperoni and no sausage but if it's already in the oven I will take it and he just nods. I return a few minutes later the older gentleman hands me my order says goodnight. I would have appreciated if he would have been apologetic as I was inconvienienced and paid $46.00 dollars for my order. It is disheartening to pay for a service and get treated like the business is doing me a favor. The gist: my order is not ready, my order is wrong, I spend my money, and the older gentleman (maybe owner or manager) was blaise in the service I received.
