Panda Buffet — Restaurant in Holly Springs

They charged the name of the website listing from Panda Bufffet to Williams Medical so I will post my review here of this restaurant where it belongs. Atmosphere - The only thing good about this place is the cleanliness. Tables are always clean when I go there, but I guess that's mostly because they barely get business.

Service - If it's the manager serving you...RUN! He's rude and obnoxious. I've seen the way he has handled customers, and stares them down when it comes to Take-Out plates. Some of the female servers are nice, but sometimes don't pay much attention. Twice I've went and had my drinks mixed up with whoever I've went with (even when one of us takes out straw out to make sure we get our correct drink).

Food - Could be better. I ate an eggroll once, and a metal piece was in it. I told the manager, and his server's first expression was "we don't make those.....we buy them from a manufacturer". So either they just cook pre-frozen food, or they were lying to get out of a lawsuit. I stopped eating here for a long time....and just recently went there, and I clearly remember why I stopped. Food is mediocre at best. Only time they serve HOT food is lunch, and beginning of dinner, with the exception of items that run out quicker). Other items just get left there for hours. Worst Chinese food I have eaten in a long time. Zero flavor. Buffet is 12 items and no taste in any of them. I have lived here for over 20 years and remember when we had a Chinese restaurant that actually tasted good. 20 bucks for a buffet with soup, that they actually charge extra for (soup?) . Then they watched how much I took and even pointed out that they would charge me 3 dollars more if my lid doesn't close. Skinny little to go box to start with. Will never return and along with Mexican restaurant at the other end of the complex and the Arby's just down the road I actually hope they all go out of business. These Holly Springs restaurants must think since they are the only ones like them in town they can get away with providing bad service and food. Beware. Can't write this without mentioning Victor's Pizza. Good but expensive and somewhat bland pizza with the rudest owner you will ever...

Will not return. Buffet was closed at 5 PM in the afternoon. That wasn’t a huge problem because it is a small city. I get it.- but when we ordered from the menu our food was brought out on paper plates. When I asked if I could have a regular plate like I saw on the buffet, the man said “no people love paper plates”. I stated that since I was dining in, I would prefer a regular plate like the ones on the buffet. He told me that was for something else.
