Have been coming here for years. Tonight was horrible. Order a Pu Pu Platter...yuck!! Everything tasted like OLD OIL! The chicken wings were DRY The beef was BURNT as to where you could chew it. Ordered sweet and sour pork....the pork was covered in a batter fried so HARD you couldn't cut it with a knife. The pork was DRYER then he chicken wings. The waitress asked how was everything, I said "could be better- not good." Which her response was "ok" We order soup. It was ok. I paid the bill. As I was walking to my car the waitress came running out that she forgot to charge me for one soup. I went back inside. The owner was shoving the correct receipt in my face to show me I owed them money. I said," I paid the total on the bill handed to me." I didn't read the entire bill just the total. I said, "I am not someone who robs." I placed $4.00 on he counter. The soup was $3.95. She then told me it's $4.23. I'm done here! ...

I love this place. I called to place an order for 2 dinners. Eric answered the phone. Eric was so polite and had a wonderful very friendly personality. He told me 15 minutes my food would be ready. On the way to retrieve my order, my phone rang, and a young lady told me my order was ready. Wow, I was very impressed. A great customer service technique. When I entered the resturaunt, I saw a beautiful very nice resturaunt. I was greeted by a friendly smile, and when I got back home with my food, it was amazingly deliscious and fresh. I ordered pick up last night for probably the 50th time but for THE LAST TIME! I ordered the special fried rice . Should come with chicken,peas, shrimp, and pork. Hardly any of the above Mostly JUST RICE! Not fresh as used to be! Then I ordered the Mu Shu Chicken. Missing flour tortillas ! No plum sauce. Was told by girl who answered phone after I complained it is under new owners. What kind of a response is that ?? Yes they have the perfect recipe!
