Don’t waste your money ! Support other local businesses that appreciate your Business. Starting off with the professionalism of the manager, that is none. I went there for the first time the other day And I was told about an app to download to order food and receive rewards. Which I did, I then went back and the app stated BOGO DEAL! So when I went to order the app was not accepting the discount so I decided to go into the store to get help in person with the app again I am new thinking that their employees Would be trained on it. When placing the order The employee charge me for two smoothies. He then said that he will need to talk to the manager about getting my free smoothie that I need to come back. Please, no that no one Harley speaks any English in the store. I was patient and I waited for a manager to call me which never did so. I had to go back into the store the next day.. They said there’s nothing that they can do for me That the discount was in the app. I paid for two smoothies and was honored . I had to consistently show that this is not right and they manager said “ What do you want us to do?? I replied Honor your discount and provide aBOGO DEAL. Read moreI usually like this place but what an awful experience I just had with an order. A group of coworkers and I ordered dragon fruit and acai bowls. I asked my coworkers for no granola or honey on my dragon fruit bowl. Apparently, she put no granola but not "no honey". Ok, that is just my problem. I called the manager and let him know that even if I liked honey, whoever made the bowl must have put in an entire bottle of honey because it was inedible. It was nothing but pure sugar. My coworkers tasted it and they couldn't even swallow it because it was so sweet. My exact experience. I asked manager if I could get a bowl without honey and he agreed but I had to pay for another bowl and he wouldn't charge me delivery. I explained that I appreciated that it wasn't their fault that my coworker didn't put "no honey" on the order and that I would be willing to drive there and let them taste how sweet and inedible that bowl is and that now I don't have lunch. No one would have been able to eat that bowl. He was insistent that it's my problem and that all he could do was give me free delivery after I order another bowl and pay another $15. I ordered the biggest size, and they made me a small size, so I asked them to make me what I ordered, and they just blended it with more ice. It tasted like it only has mango and ice, although I ordered the mango festival that had several fruits. I ordered it before and it was delicious but lately when I ordered it it's not good. I went back to order another smoothie today, and they gave the smoothie hot. Hot? I don't like hot smoothies. Every time I order, I leave a tip, but why should I if they clearly don't care. Maybe it's the employees. Maybe they don't get paid enough to care. It's not busy when I go in so I can't understand what happened.
