Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Holton

I recently learned that if you order online it is significantly cheaper. I was trying to place my order online and was unsuccessful due to connection issues, so I called in my order... to my surprise, I was charged a whopping $10 more for the same exact order I was trying to place online... when I expressed my frustration of the price difference I was given the lesser price...I also told them I would be in at a specific time to pick it up, but when I got there, they hadn't even started cooking it thinking I'd be there an hour later... they grabbed the uncooked yet prepared pizza and pt it in the oven... my problem with all this is, since I called the order in an hour before I came in (the time I said I'd be there) and it was prepared but not cooked yet because they thought it's be there yet another hour later, HOW LONG HAD MY PREPARED YET UNCOOKED PIZZA SAT, OR WOULD HAVE SAT BEFORE IT WAS COOKED... my guess is it sat for about an hour before I came in ahead of when they thought I would, so if I'd have come in when they thought I said I would it would have sat for a total of almost 2 hours ready to...

The only reason why just 2 stars is bc the pizza was good however the service was terrible. We had to grab our own drinks out of the cooler bc we we're waiting about 20-25 mins before the waiter came back over. There were only 2 other tables that were seated. We went ahead and let the kids have a salad bar while we waited. We went to the counter twice to ask for service just to be dismissed. There were 3 adults and 2 kids seated with us. We got our pizzas, wings and pasta FINALLY and then had to grab plates from the salad bar and go back up to ask for more silverware. I now remember why we don't usually visit pizza hut. Heard it was under new management, so expected improvement. Nice crowd, but still four booths and five large tables to choose from for seating. Ordered salad bar and medium thin and crispy pizza. Salad bar had few vegetable choices, and for the choices offered there was just a little left in the bottom of the container. Pizza crust was hard-baked and edge crust could not even be broken by fingers. Very little meat /toppings on the pizza. Had to get own plates from buffet to put our pizza on.
