McDonald's — Restaurant in Homer

I have been to McDonald's restaurants in almost a dozen other countries and at least 2 dozen other states. This one is by far the worst. Your order will be wrong, cold, burned, or raw more often than it is right and/or hot and if you try to get it fixed, the employees will get an attitude about it. There are ridiculously long waits constantly, they claim the ice cream machine is down all the time, even though you can clearly see them give ice cream to cars in front of you. The only reason this place remains in business is because it is using the McDonald's brand. Any other restaurant with this poor service would not survive, even in a small town like Homer. At 10:15 am I (a white female) ordered a Big Mac and was informed that only breakfast was available until 10:30 am, so I ordered a breakfast sandwich. The next customer (a black male) ordered chicken nuggets. The order taker told him they were currently only serving breakfast. As he started to leave, a black female in the kitchen told the order taker he could get the nuggets. I found it discriminatory that the black male was able to order a lunch item, but I, as a white customer, was not allowed to order a lunch item. They are rude as hell , & have 0 respect for their customers. Hire people that are mature and have good experiences in customer service. I waited 20 minutes for my food and when I told them that I was still waiting for my food, which were 2 McChickens this young girl said to me "Well I just gave away 4 of them so." When I got it she threw it on the counter and yelled "2 McChickens" , didn't offer me anything. Just let me leave with that. Also, there were at lease 4 or 5 people that I ordered before and they got their food and went their ways, while I waited for my food. They suck at what they do , and need better...
