Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Honolulu

My friends and I showed up to the drive through with three cars. My friend in the first car was given a wrong sized drink and the lady on the register was extremely rude. After it was my car and she told me to hurry up my order when I was asking my friend what he wanted and then when I drove up to the window she demanded us to pay 40 bucks for our order when all we ordered was two munchie boxes which comes out to 25 bucks. She then realized she was wrong fixed the order then did not give us the two drinks that came with the meals. She then tried charging us an extra 8 DOLLARS FOR THE TWO DRINKS. When my next friend in the last car went in for his order he only ordered a medium curly fries which is simple but she gave him an onion rings and after he said the order was wrong she closed the drive through window on him and walked away. My friend sat at the window for the next 7 minutes until he gave up waiting for her to come back and decided to just leave. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RUDE SERVICE. It’s nighttime people barely come in so there should not be any excuse for horrible service like this. I am a delivery driver so I come to this Jack in the box often especially at night. My experiences have been pretty bad. There is always a huge line in the drive thru at night and the dining room is never open so I have to use the drive thru. . Cmon why don’t u guys hire more workers like McDonald’s or Taco Bell so there isn’t a huge line that can take up to 30 mins to get your food?! Feels like there’s 2 workers u need like 4. Also the past few months there is a new worker lady and she is very rude. Has tattoos on her arm and pretty sure she’s Filipino. Always cuts u off and when she gives me the food I say thanks then just closes the drive thru window on you, is never friendly. Forgets items to gotta remind her I need this drink too or something. Today I went there and did a delivery and came back again and the same customer ordered again and she said oh someone came and picked up the order and I told her no this is another order. Then she said it never came to the computer and just closed the drive thru window on me. What kind of employee does this to customers? Your computer was probably just delayed but instead I had to cancel my order and drove to the jack in the box for nothing just wasted gas. Hope u get better workers because this is just...

If I could give this place a lower rating I would. In my opinion if you don’t like your job quit and get a different one, you don’t need to be rude. Like with the drive through person named LORA she was generally unhappy about what seemed like everything and kept cutting me off while I was ordering. I stopped by on my way to the koko head gun range to do something fun with my wife and stopped by this particular jack in the box for tacos and a sourdough chicken club. It took 45 mins from ordering to get my food and when I asked for extra taco sauce her reply was there was some in the bag... if I didn’t want extra taco sauce I wouldn’t have asked. No need to have an attitude about it. She reminds me why I stopped going to jack in the box.
