McDonald's — Restaurant in Honolulu

It's horrible, the hours of operation says 24hrs but depending on which crew is working they put a make shift sign that says they have to close for some bogus reason, I checked with their corporate office and they knew nothing at all. Then some were giving excuses about homeless being in there and they're afraid. True their safety is important but they neglect to utilize the law enforcement. That's their jobis to protect and serve. Not every homeless is the stigma that everyone perceives. Another is the elevator use for handicaps seniors and pregnant women. The employees feel it's ok to send customers in this category down the spiraling stairs. God forbids someone's misstep causes injuries or worst death, no amount of money that McDonald has will compensate for that person, when it could've been avoided. Organization is the key to a business and customer service...

Do not go here, at least not in the morning:

I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle meal and a cookie at 8:36am on the touch screen which claims you can “Skip The Line”.

It is currently 9:22 and I just received my food after watching many people come and go before me.

I stood in front of the counter to make my presence known while the employees behind the counter looked up at me and did not ask why I was standing there for so long.

When I finally complained, I waited another 10 minutes before finally getting my food and being handed it by one of the managers with nothing more than a soft “sorry”.

Absolutely atrocious experience, I’m currently writing this while sitting in one of the tables. I have never had a more awful experience at McDonalds and I shall never be returning here, and I will be instructing everyone I know to...

Tonight was the worst service I have ever had at any drive threw.. The person working the drive couldn't hear and was unable to hear off of the speaker. Ended up driving up to the window to order and the lady was very rude and still got the order wrong. When I got up to the pick up window the girl at the window was busy laughing and playing around didn't even acknowledge that we were at the window waiting. Than she gave us the wrong drink. Was send to park because they messed up the order. 5 minutes later then come outside with the food but forgot one of the drinks so I had to go into get my iced coffee. Which took them forever to make and not one staff member apologized for the mishap but gave an additude like it was my fault....
