Divots Restaurant — Restaurant in Hood River

Went for Mother’s Day Buffet this past Sunday. On our way out, the waitress, Grace, ran after my mom saying she didn’t think the credit card transaction had went through (even though she gave my mom a receipt saying it had processed). She then ran my mom’s card again.

On Monday, my mom noticed her card had two transactions from Divots. She called them and got ahold of Daisy who said she would forward this information on to the manager to get refunded. Never heard back and nothing was refunded.

Called on Tuesday. Got ahold of Daisy again who claims the manager has the information. Never heard back and never refunded.

Called AGAIN on Wednesday. The man said the manager wasn’t in, but would have them call us back today.

This is complete FRAUD on Divots part at this point in time. Don’t waste your time going to an establishment who doesn’t give a crap about good customer service and steals peoples money. Will be reporting to credit...

Divots Restaurant at Indian Creek is exceptional. The Szechuan salad with salmon was incredible, featuring perfectly crisp greens topped with tender, flavorful salmon that had just the right amount of spice, making me want to return for more. The onion rings were crispy and golden, exactly what I was craving.

The staff is truly wonderful. I can’t remember the name of our waiter (he was a tall guy with curly dark hair), but his recommendations and attentive service made our visit even more enjoyable. The patio offers stunning views of the Columbia Gorge and Mt. Hood, providing a beautiful backdrop for every bite.

We had a late opportunity to go out to eat after a rather long family meeting. We called divots at 8:30 pm and although they closed at 9:00 pm said they would serve us if we could arrive for seating before close. We were seated on the patio for our 10 family members' late meals. That atmosphere was great, as the evening was a perfect summer evening. We basically all chose every dinner combination and were cooked and served perfectly to us in a timely manner.
