i'm finally getting around to a review of my Big Chief smoker. why bother? ! my experience with this company has been fabulous. my first unit had a heating issue. SmokeHouse Products took care of the issue- quickly and very professionally. I subsequently had a issue with an accessory some time later.... again customer service pulled up my purchase history and..... took care of the issue very proactively ! This is absolutely the very best smoker, tested, tried and true for smoking. its simple, works, and is fun to use ! I mainly smoke fish because....if you must smoke, smoke salmon ! (ha) but use a Big Chief. Thank you SmokeHouse Products for being such an awesome company - tom, from MN I'll probably smoke again...
