Mr. Burger — Restaurant in Hooker

We've at there alot and Hooker is where my girlfriend is from and we plain on moving there in a few months. Every time we go to Hooker this is what we eat and it's been awesome. But this trip the food was disappointing. We were charged for cheese slices after we order a 2 Cheese Burgers and they didnt put cheese on them and I went back up there and ask them to put cheese slices on it and they told me they was going to have to charge me for the cheese slices and I ordered fried mushrooms which is what I always ordered I got 5 tiny mushrooms and on medium size mushrooms that was mushy and still cold we order a burrito wish was cold and they had a bunch of kids that was cooking our food and it only took 7 minute for everything we ordered. It's a shame when you have a bunch of kids that are playing around and come out from behind the cooking area and come to where we we at and still had the gloves o and high fiving and hugging some other kid that showed up and didnt even order anything. Every time I pass thru here, there was always that thought on my mind that would say: I gotta eat there. And finally I had the time to stop and check them out... What a disappointing experience I had. First of all, if you are the person handling money, you have to be extra careful if you are going handle food as well. I did not see anyone wearing any type of hair net or cover. The female restrooms were right next to the people paying the register. No one worries of cleanning the dinning area. The food...well...it was really bad, taco shells from the package are being used, the taco meat had waaaay to much grease coming out of the taco that the taco shell broke. I tend to be a harsh critic. I arrived before the end of the breakfast menu but they made my burger and fries even before the official end of breakfast which was probably less than 5 minutes after I ordered. Unfortunately, for a restaurant with burger in its name I found it had a bit of an identity crisis. Half the menu was burgers and the other half tacos.
