Chapala Restaurant — Restaurant in Hooker

Okay, so On my RoadTrip a few months ago I Stopped into this place and i was COMPLETELY impressed! There was a Instant calming Vibe that helped ease my anxiety as NO OTHER eattery has EVER done Befor. Being my FirstTime, the Server, ( I apologize for forgetting her/ Your name) was Super excited and eager to Bust a cherry' ;)! If," Food so good makes you wanna Smack Yo' Momma" was an experience you wanted to scratch off your BucketList.. Then this IS your Best bet. Her, Informing me what was in what, actully made me feel like they cared about ME, and the Fact that I can NOT eat ANYTHING with Pineapple due to an alergy, and that they didnt want to end up calling 911 to come toss me into their local rolling We-WoWe-WoWagon. Instead, Suprisingly, They Came to my table and checked on me REGULARLY! I didnt have to ask for anything, No refills Of their PERFECTLY sweetened tea ( SOME places serve chilled DarkBrown Surp' or Brewed Diabebe), They even brought me an extra Fork after i FiddleFingered and dropped mine, And throught my meal there were Mutipul servers and other guests whom were Helpful to offer advice and provide information of the area. With my anxiety its diffacult for me to tollerate even a short time in public with other people, But i felt they could see and understood my diffaculty with my anxiety and they KNEW how to interact with an intent of de-escalation and how to SAFELY Reasure the the relief of someones anxiety almost instantly. Which I believe EVERY Server and Person with any involvment with customers should be REQUIRED to take a De-escalating course and classes. I sure wish there was even CLOSELY Simular service where I live. This place will UNDOUBTABLY be a Stared spot on my map to return in the future! ThankYou ALL for being AWESOME!! The service was not up to par. The first waitress was rude and could not even complete our order. The second waitress wanted to argue about a item I requested and she said chips and salsa does not come with the Taco salad. I told her that I had asked for chips and salsa.
