Update 2 years later. Still careless, order a Zero, get a regular Coke, for a diabetic... 3 strikes and you are crossed off the map for my family. Nobody reached out on the previous two reviews so I am not inclined to jump through any hoops or fill out a web form. The lack of care up to the top is evident.

Oh where do I start. I watched some guy laugh at a dude applying, after he left, and just throw his application away, saying racist things about "crackers" a few years ago... My ex was there and saw it too.

Fast forward to today, the second chance I gave... I showed up in the drive thru on the way home for breakfast. Ordered a #6. Simple, right?!

Redbeard guy tells me to pull up by the sign, that hashbrowns were cooking. He didn't tell me to pull into the parking space. Manager comes out and snaps, pull into the parking place. So I did.

I sat there watching drive thru customers, about 10 of them, being served while I waited. I got tired of waiting, so I went inside.

The manager picks up the food sitting in the holding area, puts it in the bag and hands it to me. Same manager. I tell her that redbeard told me to pull up, not to park in the spot. She says "Sorry" in a "oh well" type tone.

Now, considering that this was hash browns, you can't tell me that the 10 customers behind me didn't order hash browns. Not statistically plausible. If the guy at least lied and said "The chicken is cooking," then I would have understood, because that takes what, 8 minutes to cook? I did hang out for a little too long even then, but I would not have been quite as upset watching the people behind me getting their food.

This said, go to the hwy 31 one instead. This one really sucks. Facebook reviews have them...

This morning was the absolute worst experience I've ever experienced in a drive thru. I arrived in the Hardee's drive thru at 7:37. The line was long but I was patiently waiting. Got up to the menu where they TOOK my order. Waited a little longer till I was going to be next. We'll the manager decided to have an 8 min conversation with the woman in the car in front of me. They even exchanged phone numbers. She handed the order to her and asked her if she'd like a cup of coffee. Finally at 8:14 its my turn. The worker took my card double checked that i ordered a diet coke and frisco sandwich. You'd think great they are on top of things. Next thing I know is, the manager swings open the window and rudly says "we aren't taking any orders!" I said "what you've already took my order and card." She gets all pissy and says I've had a person walk out on me. I got mad and said but you just handed the lady infront of me her order after y'alls long conversation. She said call corporate and slammed the window. I try to call corporate, but they don't answer phones. You have to email your complaint and you can't do that without a receipt. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT be visiting that...

Can't rate food since I never got to order, went inside today to have lunch no one else was in line to order so thought f--- yea well it was F--- naw one girl was entering the order while the other was taking order over headset don't know why that's a 2 person job but it was today 20 minutes later still haven't been acknowledged when a guy comes in to replace a fryer that is in process of frying the woman taking order that was wearing house slippers might I add, turned around and said woo we shutting it down atleast an hour. My coworker asked her simply mam can you atleast take our order been here 20mins haven't complained or said a word. To that the woman wearing house slippers was now sliding like a her feet like a Choo Choo train towards the back of store turn around and yelled loud enough person walking up to the door turned around and left, in this yell she said sir don't be coming at me like I aint doing nothing you just gonna have to grow up and wait your turn... ??? Well to that we said thanks and left. Way to go Hardee's on that Allstar employee definitely won't be back to any Hardees in...
