China City — Restaurant in Hopewell Township

So I'm a native of this area and I been away for the past ten years and moved back last year, ten months ago. And I'm going to start doing videos for YouTube on the best spots to eat in the area at the best prices. So hopefully the restaurants I review will think that's cool. If I had to pick number one best Chinese food around Pittsburgh, this is the place for sure. There is another location in the area not too far I eat at too and I'm a fan but this location is number one hands down. The Won Ton Soup and The Egg Drop Soup are the best soup I ever tasted in a Chinese restaurant. My son who is a Kindergartner loves the Sweet And Sour Chicken, the fried donuts, and the fried dumplings. My favorite entree is the Shrimp with Broccoli and best house fried rice ever. Just ordered from this place and I'm very disappointed and will never order again and here is why. The food is extremely expensive. I had a large shrimp fried rice, 1 order of chicken wings which they claim was 5 and 3 egg rolls which came to $35.43. The chicken wings were 2 1/2 actual chicken wings cut into 5 pieces. I've never ordered chicken wings from a Chinese restaurant just to have them cut them like that and still call them chicken wings. Last was the delivery driver. I ordered and paid with my card. When the driver arrived he handed me the paper to sign and withheld my food. After I signed and added the tip he took his time to look at how much I tipped before handing me my food. What would have happened if the driver felt like I didn't tip him enough? I could have looked past all that if they didn't cheap me on the chicken wings. Never again I...

Very good . Out of 3 Chinese food places between Hopewell & aliquippa it's the only one I will eat at. They make my food exactly like I want it. When I call and order food I always,ask for extra crispy and it's perfect. If I can't decide I call and ask questions on how it's made and get answers.very helpful in helping me decide. I'm very picky I what I will eat. The foods great the people who work their are exceptionally nice. You get a lot of food for your money and I never had a bad experience in the 13 yrs I've lived here ordering.
