Subway — Restaurant in Hopewell Township

Came here to say how rude the lady was who made my order but I guess a million other people beat me to it. She was awful! Her tone, the glares and the rushing you with your oder....my word! Didn’t even hand me a cup. I had to get it myself from behind the plastic protector shield. Won’t be stopping here anymore for lunch I’ll just go to the McDonalds. No way the staff could be any worse and it doesn’t seem like they plan to do anything about this lady’s customer service skills any time soon. Looks like she’s been there and acting this way for...

I didn't mean to wake this guy up at 11:15 when the store should have been open, but he did at least open the door for me and turn the lights on. Other than that, I must have ruined his day by ordering a sandwich. He needs more than just customer service training...maybe a few lessons in how to treat other people in general. Couldn't toast my steak and cheese sandwich because the machine was not warmed up. Meat was cold, lettuce wilted and brown, cheese obviously not melted. Not a lot of good to say overall. Will not be back to this location...

I was here with my grandma and they were so quiet we couldn't understand what they were saying. My brother got half a sandwich and was supposed to share it with my grandma, but after the lady put the rest of the toppings on my brothers half, she closed the sandwich, so it was an empty half!
