Hopewell Sub & Pizza — Restaurant in Hopewell Township

My husband and I are loyal customers in ALL the time! We have our loyalty card and use it weekly. Tonight we went in an hour before closing ordered a medium pizza and mozzarella sticks and a large coke. When walking in the door we didn't get the usual hi how are you? Or any greeting instead while looking at the menu the girl behind the counter who I have never seen before says your gonna order to go right I said no for here. Well her eyes rolled we sat down after ordering she comes by sweeping n says just to let u know we are gonna lock the doors at 9:45 mind you we ordered at 9:10 it's now 9:22 she gives us our mozzarella sticks n when we're eating them is when she tells us about locking the doors. Basically telling us when our pizza comes out we better scarf it down in 14 minutes bc their locking up 15 mins early whether we're done or not so I look at her and tell her to box the pizza up when it's done n guess what that's exactly what she did there was no take your time enjoy your pizza thank you for your business. I been coming here for about 3 years. Sadly won’t be back. Our order came with drinks they upgraded them to bottles and said we picked bottles which we did not. Then we ordered popcorn shrimp received jumbo shrimp again I’m sure we were charged for that. Then my mother Inlaw ordered a sandwich on a Kaiser roll didn’t get a kaiser roll and roll was stale. Finally I ordered a cheese steak pizza specifically requested fried onions, green peppers, and steak, guess what didn’t get fried onions all they did was put raw onions, peppers red and green and a tomato and steak and put it in the oven. There’s more green peppers and onions then steak that’s not how a cheese steak is shouldn’t be skimp on the main topping smh like for 59 dollars for 4 people it should be made correctly. Since moving to Hopewell 5 years ago, we've ordered from here a handful of times. We were loyal customers of another establishment because of the expanded menu. After having 3 horrible experiences in 2 weeks, we stopped ordering from the other place and began ordering from here. I got my first order of wing zings today, and I must say, I'm pretty happy. I'd give them a 7 out of 10, only because of the limited number of sauces available. But the quality is pretty good and tasty too.
