Roy Rogers — Restaurant in Hopewell Township

I stopped and got a chicken tenders and mashed potatoes, and my friend with me got a chicken sandwich with fries. Firstly, they said they were out of chicken tenders, which would be fine, except that the staff moved at the speed of a drugged snail. It took them twenty minutes to fry a basket of chicken and move it to a heat lamp, partially due to the shuffling movements of the staff (apparently it was the maximum speed at which they could move) as well as the clear lack of anything resembling motivation or energy. When we got our food, the mashed potatoes were inedible–I’ve seen vats of green chemicals labeled “toxic” taste more natural. The chicken sandwich was not only extraordinarily bland, but also was missing the bacon that added a few extra dollars to its price, and gave grilled instead of fried chicken. The only reason we didn’t complain is that we knew that if we said something, we would be sitting there for the remainder of our natural lives waiting for someone to hobble over and put bacon on a grill. The fries were soft, moist, slightly cold, and all but tasteless. Only the ketchup made them palatable. My only praise is reserved for the fried chicken tenders–they tasted good, but not good enough to warrant the ten dollar prize tag for four of them.

All in all, one of the worst food...

Zachary M. Double double charged my other for an order that we placed here.

She clearly went through the transaction for our meal and the machine said approved and then for some reason she had to do the transaction because the first one did not go through to the machine. I think this dude did something to the machine because when I questioned him about it I got some vague answer.

I told my mom to call her bank and see if it eas double charged...it was just like i thought..

My mom has tried to dispute this payment on her card but they said she would have to wait at least a month to dispute the payment.

We have been trying to get our money back for the last two weeks after our visit to Pennsylvania.

It has been hard to reach management or anyone at this location for a refund. It has me feeling like this dude scams people for their money at this...

5 stars for the workers only how they can only allow that short of staff is ridiculous. The older lady did her best to accommodate everyone and did the front all by herself. Roy rogers corporate she be ashamed of their self. The two other places were closed so only Roy rogers was open I saw more people working at roy rogers during the day when volume wasn’t that bad because of the other places open. That lady had a longgggg line non stop the cook had a hard time keeping up. Roy rogers corporate you are blessed with good employees try showing them appreciation.
