We stopped here halfway through our 4 hour drive to see our son at school. The cashier was annoyed that I had a fairly large order. $40 ish. I ordered sandwiches, 2 plain iced lattes, 1 iced vanilla latte. Simple right? Nope. Not Simple. My iced lattes were made with 90% milk. Cup said "breva". Which is not what I ordered. I explained that wasn't what I ordered. They apologized, and it was no problem. Until they made the lattes exactly the same again, Breva. Basically two cups of cream. So I said, no again, just regular iced lattes. Please. They said this second round was their regular latte. But breve is not. It's a cream heavy version. So. They made the order again for us. And guess what? Breve. 3 times wrong. That's 6 total cups of basically cream. So gross. Fat heavy. And nothing we'd drink. At this point I took them because obviously the staff was unable to understand or prepare a basic staple of the Starbucks menu. 2 cups of cream. For 15+ dollars. Second of all, we ordered two venti drinks, she made one venti and one grande. Which was mentioned after the fact and was told thatās what we were getting because thatās what we ordered. Iāve been going to Starbucks for like a decade and have never ordered anything but a Venti. But whatever, I took the grande and went about life, however I take my first sip and thereās not a hint of Chai in it. So at this point I get back in line and wait to get to the front, where I inform her of the issue and say can it please be a Venti too. The lady says sheāll fix the thing she messed up but if we want a Venti I have to order ANOTHER one. So whatever lady charge away but I want the Venti. She throws away the initial screwed up drink all angrily, then proceeds to make āidenticalā Grande and Venti Iced Chai Teas.
