Arby's — Restaurant in Hopkinsville

The food was great but we went through the drive thru and because the food wasnt ready we obviously waited in the window which is fine. But we didnt know that they were trying to hand us our drinks because they didnt say anything they just stared until we noticed them. The drink lids werent on so our drinks spilt and they handed us a napkin and closes the window. So we cleaned it up. They shut the window didnt say our food was being made still nothing. I frequent this location because I usually only get one meal a day and Arby’s is filling but also has options that are ok for my allergies.

The women here are AWFUL! Every single one of them has an insane attitude that makes me not wanna come back. They’re also so impatient with older people. Attitude and sass all the way. They look miserable.

The fish sandwich will bring me back more often than before. The roast beef was better distributed around the bun the last time I ordered beef and cheater, thanks. Just a little TLC go a long way.
