This is hands down one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I’ve been to McDonald’s all over the country—some great, some average—but this one? This one is consistently a trainwreck. It’s like chaos is baked into the business model.

There’s always something wrong. A weird delay. An excuse. A new glitch in the matrix that never happens anywhere else. I placed an order through the app, waited 15 minutes before heading in to pick it up, and then stood there for another 20 minutes. Still no food. Thirty minutes total—nothing. No acknowledgment, no urgency, no apology.

When I finally asked what was going on, I showed the manager my receipt. Instead of checking their system or even pretending to care, they asked to see my bank account to prove the payment went through. I'm sorry, what?! Since when does a fast food worker need access to my banking info to verify a McChicken?

Then, with zero accountability, I was told to “come back later” if the payment went through, and maybe I could get a refund. No food. No offer to make it right. Just vibes and disrespect.

They spent all this money on a sleek remodel—bright lights, touchscreen menus, a faux Apple Store aesthetic—but let me be clear: it’s still the same broken service with a new coat of paint. Modern look, medieval treatment.

I got my money back, but I won’t be back.

Teetering between 2 & 3 stars .... Substandard at best ... Slow ... However, Decent customer service at times .... Pretty much the Ideal McDonald's...

Tonight needing to have a fast dinner went to this McDonald's. I ordered a large coke, a double cheeseburger and 2 big macs. I received my order and drove home. When i opened the bag I saw I was given a McDouble instead of a double cheeseburger. I search for the receipt in the bag with no luck. I was not given a receipt when I paid for my order. I looked up the phone number on Google and called. It rang busy and never picked up. I tried to call multiple times. This forced me to drive back across town to have the situation rectified. I pulled up the ordering screen and was greeted with, "Welcome to McDonald's what do you want?" This was off putting, I explained my issue to the person and was told to pull around to the second window and they would fix. I pulled around and when i got to the window the lady that opened it told me that my filet was cooking. I told her my situation and she replied with they are the same thing. I responded that the double cheeseburger has two pieces of cheese and that is not the same as a McDouble. She then asked for the sandwich with attitude and then THREW IT, with force into the garbage can. She yelled at the workers during my wait time, as i was able to hear through the closed drive through window. She then brought my sandwich to me. I am not out two trips across town and had to deal with attitude just to have my dinner corrected. I know that this is McDonald's but I still can't believe the way I was treated when I was forced to go out of my way. I hope this is not the norm. I will not be returning...

I went inside to order because the one and only car in drive-thru sat there forever talking to little girl at the window. Once inside I waited forever before anyone came out from the back. They didn't even acknowledge I was there. Neither did the second person. I finally yelled for someone. A hateful lady came up to register, very annoyed having to do so, and asked me what I wanted. Just like that. I told her I had been waiting for 15 minutes and wanted to place an order. She very rudely told me they were busy and I would have to wait my turn like everyone else. I would not have even ordered anything from there except the fact it was getting late and my 5yr old was hungry. I waited for 17 minutes to get my food and it was terrible. My order was wrong. I didn't bother to try and get them to correct it. I did call after I left and asked who the manager was and a good time to call was. The boy informed me they have no manager and hung up on me.
