Wendy's — Restaurant in Hopkinsville

Normally I would give them 5 stars throughout, only the last two times I have been there. They have messed up my to go orders and didn't really want to admit when I had to pull into a parking space and go inside in order to return the wrong order and have them fix me my order. Yes, this has happened twice. I assume that they are, in fact, training new workers , at least I hope they are. I had my receipt both times , and both times nothing was close to what I had ordered. In fact the first time I was given 3 six piece nuggets and 1 small fry and no drinks, this was after them asking me to pull down while they finished my order because they was still preparing our burgers and chicken sandwiches. The second time , they had given me our drinks and sandwiches, but they did not include any of the fries, again I had to go inside in order to get them to fix the mistake, and again I had my receipt. Very unhappy about my experience on 11/2 at 7:30 pm. My bf ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for no cheese 3 times while ordering. He gets to the window and makes sure they have no cheese on his sandwich. We get home and there is cheese on the sandwich. So, never been a fan of wendy's burgers. I won't put them down but if you know you know. However I was talked into getting their breakfast the other morning and let me tell you, I do not feel the same way about their breakfast. It's a lot different than any other breakfast than I have experienced here in hopkinsville. Hot and fresh and the employees are very friendly there.
