everyone knows now I based my reviews on the disabled folks, and whether it's a place that respects those that are differently abled and this one does. when you pull up to the restaurant and go in, it's it is flat ... so kudos to that! HOWEVER. I think there should be English-speaking folks that maybe dunkin' donuts gold mine could actually pay for and we all know they can and we ALL KNOW . it never fails to amaze me how places like McDonald's in Dunkin donuts make billions and yet they can't do a simple thing like encouraging its employees to learn English. if these gold mines were just consider the fact towns and cities are now being given a LOT families into their community. they need all the help they can!!! but to my knowledge they do not help those directly in their community. it will be too late once people take their heads out of the sand like ostriches! so I say that every gold mine fast food restaurant contribute to resources for the multiple families that are being sent to the scatter sites and as you know westborough has many extended stay to ✨ hotels..... there can be zero tolerance for racism of...
Read moreI tried to get a coffee at this location about 5 minutes ago. I was the only customer, the employee were standing around doing nothing, the employee while looking down probably at her phone greets me by saying “what do you want”. I didn’t think she was talking to me so I didn’t answer, so she turns about and says “I’m talking to a wall” then turns back to me and says “do you want anything” with a nasty attitude. She was acting like she was in a rush and I was keeping her from something. Another customer walked in and she greeted him with the same nasty attitude. I left and went across the street to Starbucks. I would never greet one of my customers like that, if you don’t like what you do get another job lady!!!!! I would rather pay more and be treated like a person than deal with this Karen again!

Read moreNo store is perfect but this is the closest I've had to that with a dunkin location. The breads seem fresher and are cooked/toasted just right, the drinks are always what you ordered, the space is large and clean, and the staff is friendly. I literally drive 10 minutes to/from this store, passing 2 other dunkin locations, a few times a week because I know I won't be frustrated or disappointed with what I bought.
Sometimes it can get hectic during rush periods but when it's busy the staff work flat-out. Occasionally, people start pacing and grumbling about standing for 3 minutes waiting for their food but you can clearly see there are 10+ mobile orders that all came in at the same time.
A woman named Kate (who seems like a manager?) is a machine when things are busy and is so ontop of things. She's the person you root for on undercover bosses that gets 20k, and a vacation, and a job at corporate, at the end of...
